Product Manager with 10+ years of shipping products across industries and borders. Enterprise AI, data platforms, web applications, automation, and process optimization at global companies.

Paweł Górecki

Strategy meets execution.

I'm a Product Manager with a decade of bridging business and engineering. I started in sales, moved through consulting and business analysis, and found my place in product management. Each step across a new industry added a layer of complexity and a broader perspective.

What sets me apart: I don't just write roadmaps. I think about users first and the value every decision delivers. I can take a company vision, turn it into product strategy, and break it down into concrete features and tasks. I lead teams by creating clarity so people can do their best work. Years of process thinking taught me to see connections and gaps that others overlook.

PwC 2026
Product Manager — AI
Delivered a PoC of a branded AI agent that enables consultants to create on-brand prototypes and convert existing documents to PwC branding guidelines automatically.

The Challenge

Business teams across PwC were adopting AI tools like Lovable and Claude Code to rapidly create prototypes and mockups. The problem: everything they built was unbranded — inconsistent with PwC's visual identity and corporate guidelines. The output looked like generic AI work, not professional consulting deliverables.

What I Did

  • Led the delivery of a PoC agent built on Pydantic-based architecture, designed to generate branded mockups and prototypes aligned with PwC guidelines
  • Integrated front-end templates and branding guidelines into the agent's skill set, enabling it to produce on-brand output by default
  • Built document conversion functionality — users could upload PowerPoint decks or Word documents and the agent would automatically adjust them to match PwC branding
  • Implemented per-user session history, enabling the agent to maintain context across interactions
  • Collaborated with diverse business and technical teams to define product vision, prioritize the backlog, and align on delivery roadmap
Novo Nordisk 2025 — 2026
Product Owner — Global Data & AI
Built a dynamic access control system for global pharma data platforms, eliminating bottlenecks in drug development workflows.
0% faster time-to-data
0% compliance rate

The Challenge

The organization's global data platforms lacked a dynamic, scalable access control system. Business analysts and data scientists faced slow, manual access approval processes, creating bottlenecks that directly impacted drug development timelines.

What I Did

  • Led product vision and development of an Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) solution serving as a critical security enabler
  • Operationalized a dynamic access control policy framework across multiple international business domains
  • Delivered a centralized User Attribute Store enabling policy reuse without redundant development
  • Navigated complex stakeholder landscape across multiple countries and business domains

Results

80%reduction in time-to-data for analysts and data scientists
100%compliance with internal and external data regulations
7N 2021 — 2025
Product Manager / Product Owner
Took full ownership of the company's core platform. Led modernization, user engagement growth, and AI integration across 3.5 years.
0% session time increase
0% faster ticket resolution

The Challenge

Core business platform needed modernization — legacy monolith architecture, low user engagement, high support ticket volume, and manual CV processing slowing recruitment operations across international entities.

What I Did

  • Took full ownership of the platform lifecycle across diverse user groups in multiple countries
  • Led a user-centric platform redesign that dramatically increased engagement and NPS
  • Built a new Admin Panel reducing support burden across the organization
  • Managed migration from monolith to microservices and integrated a Headless CMS
  • Launched an AI-driven matching tool integrated with CRM for international expansion
  • Integrated AI to accelerate recruitment CV processing

Results

~300%increase in average session time
60%reduction in support ticket resolution time
40%faster CV processing through AI integration

Product Owner — Automation Solutions
Managed a portfolio of RPA, chatbot, and OCR products driving digital transformation in Nordic banking operations.
€0 annual savings

The Challenge

Manual document processing and data gathering created high operational costs. The bank needed to scale intelligent automation while meeting strict security and legal requirements in a regulated environment.

What I Did

  • Managed a portfolio of intelligent automation products including RPA, chatbots, OCR, and API integrations
  • Delivered high-impact integration of RPA with OCR technology for document processing
  • Launched a chatbot pilot consuming internal APIs, proving the business case for automated data gathering
  • Implemented CyberArk–BluePrism integration to enable RPA for security-sensitive use cases

ENERGA 2018 — 2019
Senior Business Analyst
Key analyst for a critical electricity contracting project. Proactively pitched an energy demand forecasting concept approved by directors for multi-million savings potential.

The Challenge

A critical electricity contracting application project required requirements engineering and process modeling. Complex stakeholder landscape across departments with no unified vision for the development team.

What I Did

  • Mapped complex processes and gathered requirements from directors across departments
  • Created a unified vision for the development team from fragmented stakeholder inputs
  • Proactively identified and pitched a new energy demand forecasting concept to directors

Results

Multi-Mpotential annual savings from forecasting concept

Unikomp Serwis

Full service management app for my family's air compressor business. Kanban workflow, client and machine catalog, branded PDF protocols, field mechanic features, and RBAC. The hardest part was migrating data from a legacy system that stored Polish characters as hex-encoded Windows-1250 strings.

Multi-Agent Retail Ops Assistant

A multi-agent system for retail convenience store operations — staff ask procedural questions (deliveries, complaints, health & safety, HR) and the system classifies intent across 9 categories, answers from internal runbooks via RAG, or escalates to a human. The key design principle: below a confidence threshold, the system asks for clarification or escalates — it never hallucinates. Dual agents per category generate both an answer and a formal document. Built entirely on free/local tools.

What people say.

Quotes from colleagues, stakeholders, and managers I've worked with.

He is decisive, highly supportive, and consistently creates clarity and momentum for the team. His ability to ask the right questions, understand what truly matters, and empower others makes him a highly effective leader.
Mokshi Pandita Senior IT Architect · worked together at Novo Nordisk
He was a natural bridge between the development team and the business side — able to talk to both groups in a way that helped us work together smoothly and make faster decisions. On top of that, he's simply a great person to work with — friendly, easy to talk to, and down-to-earth, with no trace of ego.
Piotr Wroński Senior Frontend Developer · worked together at 7N
He focuses on quality and on solving real problems, rather than just implementing someone else's solutions. His dedication and high work standards helped shape our team culture, and that influence continues even after he has moved on.
Piotr Karny Head of IT Business Applications · worked together at 7N
If you are looking for a bright, committed and very technical Product Owner who cares for his product and promotes it within and beyond the company, do not look any further! He never cared for corporate politics — having him as a Product Owner always ensured that the customers were using the best product on the market.
Mateusz Samolyk Scrum Master · worked together at Nordea Bank
I actually preferred to talk through some difficult problems with him than with other programmers. At some point he decided to step in and did architectural work much better than our architect. His flow diagrams are used in our documentation to this day.
Marek Małek AI and ML Technical Leader · worked together at Nordea Bank

How I work — and what I'm looking for.

What drives my decisions, how I show up in a team, and the kind of work I want to do next.

People first, always

Products exist to solve people's problems. I start every project by understanding who I'm building for and what's actually making their life harder. The best roadmap is useless if it doesn't connect to a real human need.

Take care of the team

A PM's job isn't just shipping features — it's creating clarity so engineers, designers, and stakeholders can do their best work. I protect the team from noise, fight for realistic scope, and make sure everyone knows why we're building what we're building.

Only build what matters

I'd rather ship one thing that solves a real problem than ten features nobody asked for. Saying no is a product skill. If I don't believe in what we're building, I'll say so — and propose what we should build instead.

Products that leverage technology

I'm drawn to products where we can use current technology — AI, automation, smart integrations — to create real leverage. Whether it's an enterprise platform or a fast-moving startup, I want to work on something interesting where the tools match the ambition.

Autonomy with accountability

I want ownership of product decisions, not just backlog grooming. In return, I'll own the outcomes — good and bad — and communicate openly.

Products I believe in

I do my best work on products that solve real problems. Enterprise AI, data platforms, tools that make people's work easier — that's where I thrive. I've turned down work on products I didn't believe in, and it's always been the right call.
